You may cancel your VAICEIQ subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or be suspended.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds for recurring payments after the initial 7-day period are generally not provided, except in cases where the Service was unavailable for a significant period due to our fault.

Unless you cancel before the end of your billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew. You will be charged the standard rate for your selected plan.
